Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Unstuck Home website and web app (the "Service"), operated by ANTARA SOLUTIONS LLC, a Wyoming, USA company ("we", "us"). By buying or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service is

Unstuck Home is a digital home-organization tool: a web app that builds a personal cleaning plan and gives you short, guided tasks. It is designed with ADHD and executive-function challenges in mind, but it is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or cure ADHD or any other condition. It is not a substitute for professional advice.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google, Microsoft or a one-time code sent to your email. Use the same email you used to buy so your access unlocks. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy.

3. Purchase and access

• Unstuck Home is sold as a one-time payment, not a subscription. Prices are shown in US dollars on the checkout page, and taxes may apply.
• Payment is processed by our online store and its payment provider. We never see your card details.
• After purchase you get lifetime access to the version you bought and its updates, for as long as we operate the Service. Optional add-ons offered at checkout are separate products.
• Your purchase is a personal licence for one household. You may not share your account, resell, copy or redistribute the Service or its content.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to break security, scrape, reverse-engineer, overload our systems, or use it for anything unlawful.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, text, routines, images and code of the Service belong to ANTARA SOLUTIONS LLC or its licensors. Your progress data belongs to you.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or add features. If we ever have to shut down the Service, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". Results depend on your own use. We do not promise any specific outcome. Use common sense and safety when cleaning, including with cleaning products and physical tasks.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, chargeback fraudulently, or share access.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
